Mentoring

Group Mentoring Session (Girls)

This group consist of one mentor paired with five to ten mentees. The group meets together for a total of 4weeks. Throughout the program mentees will meet with their mentor, who will facilitate the group and follow the designated curriculum and program design tailored made to group needs. Girls will be given the opportunity to discuss various topics as a group. Group mentoring provides an opportunity for mentees to develop team skills, to have discussions without judgement, to feel free to express themselves, and to build a sense of sisterhood and togetherness.

One On One Mentoring (11yr-14yr)

1 hr$35

Middle school is a bridge from girlhood to young adulthood. It is time of transition and rapid physical development that leaves many girls with bruised emotions and diminished esteem as their bodies, emotions, and relationships begin to change. Rleigh nurtures young ladies through this critical life stage so they feel accepted and worthwhile and then emerge as vibrant, confident, and assured young ladies. This session will last six weeks. If more time is needed instructor will advise.

One On One Mentoring (15yr-18yr)

1 hr$35

Young ladies in high school are searching for independence and identity. Their personal needs and priorities are the basis for goals their set for their lives. They are ready to explore and prepare for future careers and roles. Rleigh supports these young ladies in discovering their potential and serving as a beacon to other young ladies, the Beginnings and Bridges young ladies. This session will last six weeks. If more time is needed instructor will advise.
